organizationdatabase.com is a platform, operated by Projera, for describing and redesigning an organization: its units, positions, roles and people, seen through several perspectives, with a dated history and scenarios.
Your account
Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details to yourself, and tell us if you believe someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done under your account.
Your content
The data you and your colleagues enter belongs to you or to your organization. We use it only to provide the service to you. If you enter information about other people, you are responsible for having the right to do so and for informing them where the law requires it.
Acceptable use
Do not try to reach other customers' data, disrupt the service, get around its limits, or use it for anything unlawful.
Reference content
Organization blueprints, rule sets and references to regulation are provided for reference. They are not legal, regulatory or professional advice, and they do not replace your own assessment of what applies to your organization.
Availability
The service is at an early stage. It is provided as it is, it may change, and it may be unavailable at times. We make no commitment about uptime unless a separate written agreement says so.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Projera is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; a significant change is announced in the service.
